Localworks Projects

Localworks is proud to have a diverse offering of projects we manage for the Wheat Ridge community.

Ridge at 38

Ridge at 38 is a business corridor that Localworks promotes retention of businesses and community champions. At Ridge at 38, located in downtown Wheat Ridge, we emphasize tradition, encourage locally produced and handcrafted goods, and empower the cultivation and nourishment of new ideas to improve our local community. It is our mission to be a hub of positive growth for our community by hosting events, promoting local restaurants and shops, and supporting close relationships between community members in Wheat Ridge, Denver and beyond. Clear Creek Makerspace

Clear Creek Makerspace is a place to come create, learn and connect. In 2019, Localworks and the City of Wheat Ridge partnered to complete a preliminary feasibility analysis for an ArtSpace project. ArtSpace is an amazing organization that builds and operates affordable housing for artists. To guide this analysis, a group of local creators and partners was formed and the analysis was undertaken and completed. As a result, we learned a lot about creators and makers in Wheat Ridge and that there was an appetite for a place to come create, learn and connect.
