Join Jenn for an invigorating and balancing, Vinyasa yoga practice! This class will flow through sun salutations and creative variations to work towards peak poses while incorporating the breath (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana). Modifications, variations, and up-level options will be offered so that you are able to explore and enrich your personal practice and find joy in each pose. Beginners are always welcome!
