Fitness in the Park is back! This is a series of FREE fitness classes. Classes will be taught by various instructors and offer different fitness styles, such as yoga, martial arts, CrossFit, and more.

On July 14, we’ll feature Kristine Disney Yoga. Kristine teaches alignment-based hatha yoga, which emphasizes correct form, alignment and breathing. This enables the practitioner to form a sustainable yoga practice over their lifetime. Kristine wants people to be able to touch their toes when they are in their 90’s! Come join her practice in the park.
