Highlands Montessori: Aftercare Coordinator (Toddler Community)

$17.00 – $19.00/ hour (commensurate with training and experience)

We are an authentic Montessori school that offers care for children from 8 weeks to 6 years. We currently have 2 Nido Communities (2-18 months), 3 Toddler Communities (15 months to 3 years), and 2 Primary Communities (ages 3-6). We believe in helping each child reach his or her full potential, instilling a lifelong love of learning, natural curiosity, and passion for discovery.

Job Description:

Our aftercare program is offered daily from 3:00 to 5:30. Children are provided an afternoon snack and are given opportunities for free play and outdoor time (weather permitting). The aftercare assistant is responsible for supervising children, assisting with closing duties, and communicating with parents at dismissal.
