At New Image Brewing our Pizza Cooks are responsible for providing the hand-made, high quality pizzas and we are known for in an accurate and timely manner. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and cook menu items through recipe adherence
- Maintain a clean work environment in accordance with company, state, and county health codes
- Operate kitchen equipment including but not limited to: dough mixers, pizza oven, knives, etc.
- Monitor and rotate product to ensure quality of ingredients
- Inform management of items needing to be ordered
- All other kitchen duties as assigned by management
- Observe all company policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- An upbeat and friendly attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to stay organized and manage your time effectively
- Ability to stand, reach, walk, and bend for extended periods of time while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to learn from mistakes
- Ability to adhere to company recipes
- Knowledge of appropriate food handling and sanitation procedures
- Prior experience great but we will train.
- Possess or be able to obtain applicable Food/Beverage handling permits
