Front Desk & Hospitality Associate

Do you love greeting families, creating a welcoming first impression, and being part of a positive, kid-centered community? Our Front Desk & Hospitality Associates are the heart of our gym. You are often the first and last person families see , setting the tone for warmth, organization, and care. If you’re friendly, dependable, and love helping people feel comfortable and supported, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Greet families with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Create a welcoming, organized front desk environment
• Answer phones, emails, and parent questions with confidence and kindness
• Assist with class check-ins, enrollments, and basic account support
• Communicate clearly with coaching and leadership teams
• Help keep the lobby clean, calm, and family-friendly
• Support special events, camps, and busy class transitions

Who You Are

• Naturally friendly and enjoy talking with people
• Calm under pressure and able to multitask
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-aware
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Excited to work in a kids-focused, family-centered environment

Bonus If You Have

• Customer service or hospitality experience
• Experience working with children or families
• A warm presence and strong communication skills
