Center for Better Hearing
The Center for Better Hearing is a busy, family-oriented private-practice health-care provider specializing in hearing care for the communities of Wheat Ridge and surrounding areas.
We are seeking a part-time (3 days per week Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) patient care coordinator to staff our front office and welcome our patients to our clinic with a friendly and patient demeanor. We offer a competitive hourly wage and a professional atmosphere with great culture. The ideal candidate may be asked to occasionally work from home, so access to a reliable internet source is preferred.
Duties
- Warmly greeting patients and other visitors.
- Answering phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Converting calls into scheduled appointments.
- Entering and updating all patient information.
- Handling invoices, receiving funds and processing payments.
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, colleagues, etc.
Experience
- Friendly, warm, a people person – with the ability to convey that warmth, even on the telephone.
- Patient, compassionate, helpful – we serve predominantly elderly patients.
- Even tempered, calm, pleasant with the ability to turn a frown into a smile.
- Committed, dedicated, a great teammate, pitches in without being asked.
- Accurate, detailed oriented, organized, with high standards for a job well done.
- Accepts responsibility, always finds a constructive way to solve a problem.
