Pizza Cook/Prep Cook (Part-Time)

New Image Brewing Company is seeking energetic and compatible kitchen staff to help grow our culinary program. As an industry leader for craft beer in Colorado, we have been pushing the boundaries with ingredients and technique for creating some of the highest rated and enjoyable beers since 2016. We are seeking full-time employees for our wood-fired pizza truck that has a rotating menu featuring seasonal local ingredients and everything made from scratch.

Duties Include:

• Ensure ingredients and final products are maintained and executed properly
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
• Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Completing all tasks, in order, on the prep list from the kitchen manager
• Labeling and stocking all ingredients on easily accessible shelves
• Washing, chopping and sorting ingredients like fruits, vegetables and meats
• Measuring quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredients
• Helping clean dishes, washing cooking utensils and cookware, taking out the trash and sanitizing kitchen (responsibility of all kitchen team members)
• Adhering to all relevant nutrition and sanitary regulations and standards
• Keeping track of ingredient inventory and collaborating with other kitchen and management staff to order resupply
• Helping run food to customers
• Working on a food trailer outdoors (rain or shine)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour plus tips
