Get ready to step inside some of Wheat Ridge’s most iconic homes at Localworks’ Mid-Century and Modern Home Tour. Held every other year, this self-paced event showcases a curated mix of vintage mid-century gems and thoughtfully updated contemporary spaces, offering a rare peek into how these timeless homes are lived in today. After exploring five private residences from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., join us for a laid-back After Party at Wolf + Wildflower (7190 W 38th Ave) from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m., featuring refreshments, retro flair, and great company. Tickets must be picked up at Clear Creek Makerspace (9110 W 44th Ave) before you begin the tour. Please note that you cannot pick up your ticket(s) until the day of the event.

Ticket pricing is as follows: $35 for early bird tickets (available until July 31st), $40 for regular priced tickets and $50 VIP tickets. The VIP tickets include a drink token for the after party. All tickets include your admittance to the After Party at Wolf and Wildflower.

Homes are announced the day of the event. You can pre-purchase tickets now by clicking the button above. The link to tickets can also be found on our Facebook page under the events tab, or on Instagram in our bio.
Not a fan of buying tickets online? No problem! Tickets will be available for in-person purchase on the day of the event at Clear Creek Makerspace (9110 W. 44th Ave.) beginning at 10 am. Those that pre-purchase tickets will still need to come to this location to pick up their tickets and an event map.
At noon, don’t miss the Vintage Talk hosted by our event partner ModMood (located at 4401 Zephyr St, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033), featuring light refreshments and plenty of design inspiration. Your event ticket grants you access to both the talk and the After Party, beginning at 4:30 p.m. at one of Wheat Ridge’s favorite spots, Wolf + Wildflower (7190 W 38th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033). If you have a VIP ticket, your first drink is on us.
Localworks is seeking volunteers for the Mid-Century and Modern Home Tour. All volunteers will receive a free ticket to the event. Roles include greeting participants at tour homes, assisting with wayfinding, helping with ticket pick-up, and more. Volunteer signups close August 31st. To sign up click the button below.

Q: Where can I buy a ticket?
A: You can purchase tickets by clicking the button above, or visit one of our social media pages! On the Localworks Facebook page under events or in our Linktr.ee in our Instagram bio. Please note that you cannot pick up your ticket(s) until the day of the event.
Q: What is the Wine Walk bundle?
A: The Wine Walk is another great local event, powered by the Wheat Ridge Chamber of Commerce! Save a few bucks and buy tickets to the mid-century modern home tour AND the Wine Walk. Q: How long will early bird prices be available?
A: You can purchase early bird tickets for $35 until July 31st 2025.
Q: Where does the tour begin?
A: The Mid-Century and Modern Home Tours will begin at Clear Creek Makerspace (9110 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033). Here you will receive a map of the homes to visit. The map is your ticket.
Q: Is there a specific tour route that we need to follow?
A: Nope! This is a self-guided tour. You are welcome to visit any of the homes between 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in whichever order you like.
Q: What homes are on the tour?
A: For the safety of our participating homeowners, we will not release the homes until the day of the event. You can expect to see a total of five different homes on this tour.
Q: What is the difference between VIP and regular ticketing?
A: The VIP tickets include your first drink at the Wolf and Wildflower After Party. Every one with a ticket is invited to the After Party.
